We read everything. We don't always reply quickly, but we always read.
The fastest way to reach the CardCraft team is by email at hello@cardcraft.example. We answer most messages within two business days, often sooner. For partnership and licensing inquiries, please put the word "Partnership" in the subject line so it gets routed correctly.
If you are writing about a specific card or guide on the site, please include the URL — it makes it dramatically faster for us to respond with something useful. If you are reporting a typo, broken link, or printing issue with a downloaded PDF, please include the device or printer model so we can reproduce it.
We also welcome suggestions for occasions, holidays, or guides we should be covering and aren't. The catalog grows from real reader requests more than from anything else; the sympathy and new-job collections both started as one-line emails from readers who needed something we did not have.
For general support questions about how to download a template, customize a message, or set up your home printer for the print-ready PDF format, please check the writing & design guides first — most of the common questions are answered there with more detail than we can fit in an email.
By postal mail, we can be reached at: CardCraft, PO Box 4188, Brooklyn, NY 11207. Please note that physical mail is read about once a month, so if you need a fast response, email is much better. We do, however, love receiving cards in the mail. If you have sent a CardCraft template to someone you love, we would be honored to receive a copy.
