CardCraft collects the minimum information needed to operate the site and improve the catalog over time. We do not require an account to browse, preview, or download templates. When you visit the site, our server logs your IP address, the page you requested, the time of the request, and the user agent string sent by your browser. These logs are retained for 30 days and are used only for security monitoring and aggregate traffic analysis.
We use a small number of first-party cookies to remember non-identifying preferences such as your last-visited occasion and whether you have dismissed the holiday banner. These cookies expire after 90 days and contain no personally identifying information. We do not set tracking cookies of our own.
CardCraft is supported by display advertising, which is delivered by third-party ad networks. Those networks may set their own cookies and may use those cookies to serve interest-based advertising. The ad networks we work with are required to comply with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework where applicable, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser by passing them through to ad partners. You can opt out of personalized advertising for most major networks at aboutads.info/choices.
We do not sell or rent visitor data. We do not share email addresses with third parties for marketing purposes. If you contact us by email, we use that email only to respond to your message and any follow-up correspondence. We delete contact emails after one year unless they pertain to an active partnership, a legal matter, or an ongoing thread you have asked us to keep.
If you have a question about this policy, a request to access or delete data we may hold about you, or a concern about how an advertisement on the site behaves, please write to privacy@cardcraft.example and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with applicable data-protection laws have specific rights under those laws and we honor those rights for all visitors regardless of location.
