Plain-language version. Please read before downloading templates for commercial use.
CardCraft templates are provided for personal use without charge. You may download, customize, print, and send any template on the site for non-commercial purposes — sending birthday cards to friends, holiday cards to family, sympathy cards to colleagues, and so on. You may print as many copies as you reasonably need for your own use. You may share a card you have customized with the recipient by any means, including by mail, email, or social media.
Commercial use of CardCraft templates — including reselling printed cards, including templates in a paid product, or using templates as part of a paid service — requires a commercial license. Commercial licenses are available for individual templates and for the full catalog at reasonable rates; please write to licensing@cardcraft.example with details about your intended use, and we will respond with options.
You may not redistribute, repackage, or resell CardCraft templates in their original or substantially original form, even modified. You may not use CardCraft templates to train machine-learning models without explicit written permission. You may not use the CardCraft name, logo, or brand assets in a way that suggests CardCraft endorses your product or service without our written agreement.
The writing on the site — guides, design notes, suggested messages — is provided under a Creative Commons BY-NC-SA license, meaning you may quote, reference, or adapt it for non-commercial purposes provided you credit CardCraft and apply the same license to your derivative work. Quoting reasonable portions for review, criticism, or commentary is always welcome under standard fair-use principles regardless of the license.
CardCraft makes no warranty about the fitness of any template for any specific purpose, including whether colors will reproduce accurately on a given printer or whether a printed card will arrive in time for a specific occasion. We do our best to provide accurate printing tips and color profiles, but the final result depends on equipment and circumstances we cannot control. Users assume the risk of any specific printing or delivery decision. By downloading a template, you accept these terms.
